You are required to make an online booking for any move in and out of the property including the delivery of large items such as furniture.

Go to the Bookings menu and select the Moving Request option, complete the form The form is sent to the relevant staff to review and approve your booking is the time selected is available.  You will be notified by email for approval of changes that are required.

Booking Instructions

NO BOOKING NO ENTRY

  • 2-hour bookings only
  • One booking per day per apartment
  • Strictly, all removal trucks must be no later than 15 minutes or the truck will be turned away. Truck must be unpacked and clear of the loading zone before the end of the 2 hour booking.
  • Owner will have to have all of their possessions moved from the bay within two hours from their agreed delivery time.
  • Please note the code for the auto door between Lot 10 and the Loading Dock is #2273#

Please ensure trucks larger than this do not enter the basement area.

Only elevator 3is available, elevators 1 and 2 should not be used.

Lift 3 Operational Instructions 

The lift isolation key is available upon request from Concierge with the following instructions.

  1. The lift isolation key must only be used between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
  2. Lift doors must be fully open before isolating the lift, failure to do this may cause the lift doors to close whilst being isolated which will result in the lift maintenance company being called to unlock the doors, all costs in this event will be full on-charged.
  3. Lift Isolation key should be returned to Concierge on completion.

Directions for Load

Trucks and Trailers

Removal trucks to enter the vehicle entry ramp at 11 Barrack Square, Perth. Proceed down the ramp to Basement level 3 and turn right at the bottom of the ramp into the ‘Shared use turning area' (Green area), then right again to park in your allocated loading zone bays (Yellow area).

Drivers will need to report to the coordinator located in the loading zone on arrival. Once you have reported to the coordinator, proceed down the small ramp adjacent to the loading bays following the indicated Yellow line to reach the elevators. The coordinator will assist you with directions if needed. 

 

Drivers must arrive within 15 minutes from the start of the booking. Drivers will be turned away if late.

Please report to coordinator upon arrival for further instruction.

  • Drivers must leave before the end of the 2-hour booked period.-
  • Your reservation request will only be confirmed once reviewed by building management. Please allow at least 48 hours prior to booking for confirmation.
  • Elevator 2 will not be available for move ins. 

If any damage is caused to any part of the common property by the actions of any proprietor or their invitee moving any furniture, large object or deliveries to or from a lot or through or on common property, then the proprietor shall be responsible for the cost to the strata company of making good any such damage.

Removal offsite of all packing material, removalist boxes and the like is each resident’s responsibility. These types of items must not be pushed down the rubbish chutes, as this often causes chute blockages; or dumped in the garbage rooms.

If the strata company incurs any costs related to rubbish removal, the tenant or occupier will be responsible for these costs. Any amount to be paid by the occupier or resident not paid within 14 days may be recovered by the strata company from the proprietor of the lot.
